How enquiries work

Submitting the form saves an enquiry with a reference number. You then choose whether to send the prepared message through WhatsApp. An enquiry is not an accepted order or a payment. Our team confirms products, pack sizes, prices, delivery charges and payment arrangements with you.

Delivery

We currently handle delivery enquiries for selected locations in Kozhikode. Porter delivery is subject to service availability. No delivery time, charge or availability is guaranteed until our team confirms your order. Changes, cancellations and any product concerns should be discussed with us on WhatsApp.

The information we collect

We collect the name, phone number, address, PIN code, selected products and notes you submit, so our team can handle your enquiry. We use a session cookie to protect the form and browser storage to remember your selected products. No advertising trackers are included in this version of the website.

Storage and sharing

Website enquiry records are kept for up to 90 days and then removed during routine request processing. Server backups and messages you send through WhatsApp may be retained separately. Information needed to arrange a confirmed delivery may be shared with the delivery provider. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy terms.
